There is a block of rooms designated for this conference at the Renaissance Austin Hotel, 9721 Arboretum Boulevard. Please mention the “Terrain Analysis Symposium” when making reservations. This is a governmental rate and guests enjoying this, will be asked to present proper identification upon check in. Should a guest be unable to present Texas or Federal Government identification upon check, that guest's room rate will be changed to the prevailing rate for their stay.

*Hotel reserves the right to charge the prevailing Texas government prescribed per diem in effect at the time of the meeting.

Method of Reservation

Hotel Reservations for the forum should be made directly with Renaissance Reservations at: 1-800-Hotels-1, 1-800-228-9290, 512-343-26-26 or fax to 512-343-6464.

All reservations for arrival must be accompanied by a deposit or guaranteed with a major card. In the event that a guest room must be canceled, it must be done so 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid billing for first night's room and tax.

Reservations by attendees must be received by the Renaissance Hotel on or before Wednesday, November 27, 2002 (the “Cut-Off Date”).
