Arc Hydro Tools

ESRI maintains a toolset that populates the various fields within an Arc Hydro geodatabase.  You can load the toolset into ArcMap and use the toolset to build a geodatabase from a river basin starting from a digital elevation model.  Arc Hydro also includes tools for managing and analyzing the geometric network.
